Swift Exteriors LLC: Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Work

These Terms and Conditions govern the agreement between you (the "Client") and Swift Exteriors LLC ("Swift Exteriors," "we," "us," or "our") for the services outlined in the project proposal.

2. Project Completion

We will complete the project within the estimated timeframe, subject to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. If delays occur due to factors such as weather, material shortages, or client-requested changes, we will notify you and adjust the timeline accordingly.

3. Payment

• Payment is due upon completion of the project, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• We reserve the right to retain a portion of the final payment until all inspections are passed and any warranty claims are resolved.
• Late payments may incur a service charge.

4. Warranties

• We offer a 1 year warranty on our workmanship and materials.
• Manufacturer warranties apply to products used in the project.
• Warranties do not cover damage caused by neglect, abuse, or acts of God.

5. Change Orders

Any changes to the project scope must be agreed upon in writing and may result in additional costs or delays.

6. Permits and Inspections

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits and inspections. We will assist you with this process if needed.

7. Insurance

We maintain general liability and workers' compensation insurance. You are responsible for your own property insurance.

8. Termination

If either party breaches this agreement, the non-breaching party may terminate it with written notice. In case of termination, you will be liable for payment of completed work and any incurred costs.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through negotiation or mediation. If these methods fail, legal action may be pursued.

10. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States.

11. Entire Agreement

This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior or collateral agreements.

12. Acceptance

Your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions can be indicated by:

• Signing a copy of this document
• Commencing the project
